Contact our studio team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Secure Packaging

Place the item in its original GOOD ART HLYWD packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards and pouches are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Studio

Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked, insured carrier to send the package back to our Los Angeles foundry for inspection.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
